  • ladder bar question

My dad was curious as to what it would do to lower or raise the front bar on his ladder bar setup, some people say itll leave harder and lift more while others say itll lift less and leave whimpy

stick a angle finder on it. I think most are normally set to like -1 to -2 nose down
how much pinion angle does he run?

changing the front position will require more tuning.
don't expect to move the arm then go make a perfect pass.
tire pressure, extention and compression, and front settings also may need to be changed to make the car work its best in each hole.
it the car not hooking , not consistant right now?
if its not over extending the rear(or squating) and not yanking the tires to the moon, changes may not help much

he said its hooking alright, we were just curious, one of his friends were looking under it at pinks and was asking why it was where it was, saying lower would make it leave harder

he runs it at somthing like 6-7psi i believe
