I did allot of research when i bought my tires last summer. i ended up going with riken raptors from discount tire. They are made by michelin and have been a great tire. I spent about 120 a piece for 17inch tires

      The ZIEX-512s?

I had those on my Camaro.

Awesome tire, sticks like no other.

They're rather soft, though, so they can wear if you drive the vehicle hard.

      I loved them, though.

look at hancook's they have agood all weather, if you want dd tires, If you get performance tires they don't have the cold weather traction, rubber doesn't stay soft to grip. All weather will give you the best of all worlds.

X2 I've been running them on my GTP for years. Great tire! Nice and sticky. They are not a high mileage tire though. If your just looking for a tire that lasts a long time, keep looking.

Can't say - only got to drive 1000 or 2000 on them before the car got hit.

                  I'd say 15-20k miles, though.

Damn they must be soft... I could get 15-20K out of a set or Nitto Drag Radials

Yeah, I don't know, though, because my front end needed an alignment (camber was off as well), and the backs were worn from spinning the tires and what not (and driving in the winter)...so I can't really make an assessment.

[I think I should throw them up for sale (I have 3, the fourth was punctured in the accident) with the 16" IROCS and get some cheap 16 inch rims or something...]
