The 275's just aren't working for me on the street, way to much header scraping and bottoming out.. Since most of you know I am inclined toward drag racing not cornering.. Will a 300 lb front spring help with the bottoming out and still maintain the drag qualities of the 275's? The 300's are listed as street/strip. A 325 would probably be too stiff?? Shocks are coming off when I get my car back, which spring should I go with????
I understand the higher spring rate will comprimise the drag qualities of the 275s, looking to meet somewhere in the middle...lol

I figure for the price it's worth a shot... I'll keep my 275's and if I don't like the 300's I'll sell em..Originally posted by kammi10 View Posti would assume that should help a little bit larrysigpic

SO do you think 300 or 325? 325 is actually recommended for the weight of my car, 3600 lbs..Well I think that's what it weighs..Originally posted by Syn View Postid try em, the 275's with a iron block in my car was scrapen the y pipe all day like i said in your other thread.

I'm just going with the 325 lb drag springsOriginally posted by 1999Black_Z28 View PostI have the 300# springs on my QA1's. Car weighs 3720 with me in it. I don't seem to have any problems driving them on the street however I have QTP headers which seem to tuck up a little tighter than most.sigpic
