I have QA1 "R" series on the front of mine.. They work great at the track, but not so great on the street(for me anyways).. Not enough compression, I have to watch for big dips and such as I bottom out hard if I don't notice them.. Might need a bigger spring, too, running a 315 lb rate, should have a 325.. Don't know how much diff 10 lbs makes???

I have r's on the front with 325s . I used to have the gen F's.
Larry, hold old are the springs? The guy I got my stuff from couldn't figure out why his drove so bad ,so he called qa1 and told them what he had. They told him the old part number 315 was 275lbs springs

I'll bet that's what it is.. They have probably been on the car 5 years. That is probably the part #, 275 is way off from what I should be running.. I mean 275 is great for the track, but for the street they suck.. For the car weight I should be running 325 lb springs.. How much of a diff will 275 to 325 be, feel wise? I'll have to check that out when I get my car back.. Was going to pull my shocks anyways..

I have the 325's and I drive with the shocks on 1 or 2 on the street. the only time I have an issue is when I hit a big dip. Then front tires rub the splash sheild cause the car is so low

Well that's better than dragging the headers across the pavement when I hit the dips.. Guess I'll change mine out..

humm aftering hearing that idk if i want to get them or put koni on my car.... basiclly i want a decent ride and that would help at the track cause im thinking about throwin a new K member on and upper n lower control arms because the shocks and springs n that stuff are the only thing that i havenn't touched in the suspension side and i want to up grade so i can do even better at the track but i do drive it alot on the street (not my daily driver)
