  • Polish my wheels to mirrow finish or leave hyperdark?

Hey everyone, check out my garage if you need to see pics but lately i've been contemplating removing the Hyperdark finish on my rims and making them a polished mirror finish. What do you guys think? Leave as is or polish them up? Thanks!

I love those rims and I think they would look even better polished, but in all honesty I'd still try to sell them so you can get some wider ones in the rear and slap some drag radials on them. Once you get that turbo kit you'll never hook up on street tires.

Yea, well i think i'll stick with these for a while and once the turbo kit is on im going to try to go to the route i mentioned over on tech. Prolly drop some coin on really wide CCW's, but for now, these will do. Its going to cost me $500 ish to polish these up. Worth it?

thats a really good question, i dont think you can go wrong though - those wheels are hot either way.

well i got word that if im not a pro at polishing, dont attempt myself or ill eff em up more than likely, I think some kind of remover or chemical is needed first, then a lot of sanding, then polishing with power tools
