my friend has a 1994 Trans Am GT he got from his uncle, it orgianlly had a set of trispoke 93-94 ta/formula wheels but the uncle put a set of 2000 TA twist 5-spoke 16"s. Hes not a big fan of the twisted spokes, his old car was a 1998 V6 with the W68/Y87 package and he still has the 5 spokes from it and he took them to the dealer ship today to have the wheels put on and the fronts fit but the rears wouldn't fit the hubs on the rear axle no matter how they tried. so we were tryin to figure out how does the rims from a 2000 TA fit but not a 98 V6? is there a different axle for the 3?

How well I know !!! Had the same $hit when I ordered the chrome Vette wheels for my T-A.I choose not to do that.THey just ordered me a NEW set with a slight bigger whole...Originally posted by badinfluence View Postthey will fit, all you have to do is lightly file (a round one works best) the rim & the hub...dont need to go crazy on it just file each one a few light times & then the rim should go right on
