    We did something similar to this at my work but it was with urathane.
    Strong as all get ot though.

        lol and thats true.
        imagine pure 24k gold rims which i believe r made.
        but imagine if a stone hits it or someone chips some of the gold off to make money.
        that would suck.

          No, I don't think that would get killed by a pothole. CF is so strong.

                I'm using Carbon Fiber rims on my latest Baja project. Mine still use an aluminum mounting plate though.
