Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

What kind of camera?
You might be dealing with non-camera related issues. Regarding the glare, see if your camera has "night scene" mode or option - it might reduce your flash glare.
For resizing, I don't use paint, but try a program that can shrink (resize) by an exact number of pixels, and reduce the size (always from the original) by an exact factor. For example, if the image is 2,096 pixels wide, reduce to a size of 1,048 or 524 or 262 pixel width. This will minimize your blurring from resizing (shrinking). Normally, your height will have similar factors to divide by, to keep the aspect ratio the same.
Even the best camera will produce blurry resized images if you're not careful. To test, try reducing like I said, and then reduce to pixel width 5 pixels off from that, and then look at the 2 results you saved, using a different image viewer - you should clearly see a difference in image clarity between the 2.
You had asked about tire sizes. You've mentioned what you had decided, but haven't said that you mounted them yet. So I don't know if this wil help.
Many details have not been mentioned here, so I'm not sure what your intent is. Are you planning to have them mounted and balanced with road force tension?
I have also become confused from info mentioned in this thread. Apparently stock Z06 tires are 265/40
