I have stock iroc rims for this year and wanna know if 285-60-16 will fit ok and fit the wheel well? getting a good deal on them

What year are you speaking of? The 16" IROC wheel is 8 inches wide, and runs a 245/50R16 tire from the factory. A 285 tire will be beyond dangerous to even try and fit on an 8" rim - and the tire itself will be almost 4" taller than the stock tire.
