So I was planning on getting some BFG KDW II's but the guy over at discount tire is trying to shove the BFG G-force sports at me, says they perform as good and are a bit cheaper. I think he's just trying to move what he's got in stock. Any opinions? the reviews on discount tire arn't always the most helpful

The Chevy Camaro was built with a single purpose in mind which it executes flawlessly...Going very very fast in a straight line until your hair catches on fire.

I've got the BFG KDW on the fronts. I like em, but they suck on the warped uneven MI roads. They'll pull you where ever they want to go.
OOp's nevermind those are on back, I have the KD on the front.98 Trans Am WS.6

The KDW2's are awesome tires. They look great, and handle well. I've only tried them up front. Out back I use BF g-Force sports. They're pretty sticky after a quick burnout so you can get decent traction with them too.
Don't go with the regular KDW's they suck for traction in my opinion. I had
those on my 16's and had to work for 2.3 second 60' times.
I've got one 245-40-17 KDW2 that has some miles left on it. You can have it for $20. I'm not sure how well it will work with a brand new tire on the opposite side.

I have the Z-rated General Tire from Discount. They are great. $105 a piece. Excellent traction too. If you are looking for inexpensive that is the way to go. Plus they perform well.-Kyle-
