I am going to start them probably on Friday, it's supposed to hit 50*, so I can do them while they are on the car instead of in my basement. I will post pics on Saturday if the weather is nice.

I still say go for newer wheels, turd gen wheels on a 4th gen just not meshing well for me. I'll sell ya my salad shooters with caps when I get these SS wheels I want.

I can't really afford the kind of wheels I want, plus I just put new tires on the 15" wheels that I have. I will make these look nice. Oh yes. I will make them look nice. They are going to look mostly flat black, but with a hint of polished aluminum, so they won't be completely ugly. I think they will turn out great. They only don't look good right now because they are the only grey things on the car! I do value your opinion, though. I might upgrade to some better wheels after I find another job.

Here's some pics. They aren't finished yet, just taking a break to get away from the paint fumes, unlike Brian lol j/k. As soon as the paint is dry, i am going to finish polishing the outer rim and the outlines of the spokes. Let me know what you think!

Okay, Here are some new pics, taken after all of the wheels were finished. I think they would look better if I sandblasted them and painted them gloss black with an actual spray gun instead of a can of spraypaint, but what are you gonna do? lol

I polished one of the wheels like that, but I didn't like it at all. It looked kind of cheap. The first post with pics was like that, but you couldn't even tell. I just painted them all black. I'll do something new to them in the summer. I think the car looks a lot better now, don't you?

I'm gonna wash it tomorrow, I hope, and I'll get some new pics up on CarDomain. I'm just glad it looks better. I have been getting hassled by my friends about those wheels. .lol Most of them can't even drive their mom's minivans without embarassing themselves. One friend of mine has wrecked her Mom's Windstar twice in the last 3 months! How bad is that? I have only wrecked 3 times in the last 2 years! And 2 of those accidents weren't my fault! The third was only because my cell phone was somehow next to my ear blocking my peripheral vision and that pole just shot up in front of me and my truck kinda swerved into it and sideswiped it, but no biggie! Now my phone is on vibrate in the passenger seat when I am driving. I don't even want to know what could happen if I take a call while driving my 5-speed Camaro. . .lol

you shoulda used gloss black, hit em with a shot of clear coat to shine em up.
