At Dr. Auto Parts on Ebay I got the drivers side (just flip it upside down for the passenger side also) for $25.85 delivered. If you have a drummel tool, it is very very easy to replace. Mine went out at just over 36,000 miles. It is the easiest with two people. Take the inner door skin off. Remove the speaker. There is a big hole you can have someone stick there head in at the end of the door to view where the 3 rivets are and guide you when you are using your drummel tool. Use your drummel through the speaker hole. Once the rivets are out, have the person who is using his eyes to tell you where the rivets are that hold the window motor on. Then once the rivets are out, have the person hold the window up while you remove the motor. Pull the motor out, hook up the new motor. Then insert replacement screws and tighten. Then put the speaker in and put the door skin back on. Very simple with a drummel. Otherwise you have too remove the whole window assembly basically, and that is the pain you want to avoid.
