              • While quoting passages from the Bible is not very popular these days, sometimes events in everyday life remind me of some.

"In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
It was not Kens misfortunes in life that inspired me to help Ken, but rather the stories of Ken helping others.

For this, I am glad I was able to "pay it forward" and my only regret was that it took so long to complete.
Struggles with life at home, my Mother being ill and passing away at the same time I took his vehicle and just being backlogged with work added to delays.

My only hope is my gesture of good will toward Ken will inspire some of you to take a moment and do the same to help others in need.

I couldnt have said it better. Iv lived both sides of life it seems. While growing up I was always looking for knowladge with cars. My neighbor rod dean took a young 8 year old with no one to look up to or parenting under his wing. By the time I was 16 I had played big part I restorying multiple vehicles.
Being someone who grew up with nothing and knowing how it feels and later making something of myself. I learned to give and help. Not being extremly religious I was taught by my grand parents to never turn your back on someone in need. And I live by it today. You just never know when that one time you pull over to help. Or to teach someone something if that could be the thing that either inspires someone or saved them.
I never worry about the scams that could be. As its not my place to judge. And I would fear of judging someone wrong. Yes iv been burnt ! Yes iv been used. But its not me that has to live with it.
I believe that because of the things iv done for others I have gained alot. Such as friends gregg, matt, jake for starters. Coming across this wonderfull forum. Meeting you rich.
I hope everyone on here sees what rich is talking about. But I to know I have been blessed by many on here. Everyone who donated and those who helped.
Im just a every day joe. Who builds cars. I pour my heart into them. And for being that guy. I feel very priveladged that everyone on this site seen me for who I am. Who I truely am.
Im not perfect. I make mistakes and problems seem to find me. Iv had a hard time helping lately due to my health but keep trying and will continue to try. Kinda like jakes car. Its been very hard to finish what I started there. With loosing my house getting sick. Loosing my job. Jakes been a victim of circumstances that are out of my control.
Gregg god bless him. Iv owed greg $200 for some stuff I purchased from him a while back. And hes been very very patiant with me. Knowing my circumstances.
Matt. Just a real good friend there. Hes taken time to take me to a car show. And just stop by to say hi. Helping with my car.

I thankyou and apologize to you guys. For my absence lately and not giving up on me. My heart wants to run to help everyday. But I have a hard time being able to.

Thankyou rich for everything youv done for me and I will return the kind gesture. You can count on that. Im very blessed to have met you. And everyone on this site. Thankyou.

And trust me. I will be on this earth to continue to help. I will beat this and I will come back stronger than before!!!!
