[Project] nose emblem?

Does anyone know where to have emblems made or have any ideas on how to create an emblem like the one below, i just drew this up but dont know where i could get one made for the nose of the camaro?
what do yall think?

yeah they can do it....they already have some they made with the punisher skull.....i dont want it now... haha i wanted it to be somthing no once else had. granted, thiers is not JUST like mine. its is just a black emblem with a silver skull...but the idea is still the same. im kind of a primadonna with stuff like that. i like things that NO ONE else could possibly have. i love designing one off pieces for my vehicles. used to make custom stuff for my bikes all the time.
