          It is kinda hard to follow along because when we click the link to come to a thread with new posts, it takes us to the first post we haven't read yet (which in this case would be when you say you have new updates). In this case, we then have to scroll up and then slowly scroll down trying to find where the new part of the 1st post is. It's mostly just an ease of readability.

            exactly, in all honesty it stops me from even clicking on your thread because the site takes me to the first unread post like Brian was saying. Makes it really hard to follow.
