lol I use 1 inch metal or aluminum from the hardware store for every thing!! Its bolted ontop to the headlight bracket

I'll have to check that out whenever I can get over there to grab those fittings from you. I need to mount mine somewhere other than the head as my noids are there.

Well today is the camaros birthday (to me since its the day I bought it)

So ordered all the mandrel bends last night. Already shipped and should be here tomorrow. Might put insurance on it sooner because I want to drive this mofo!

Still waiting for the mufflers to be shipped. Advance is taking a long time to do so

What mufflers did you end up going with?

Contacted parts store and was told they aren't not available to ship and will take extra time through manufacture. So I put in request to cancel order. Called up summit. Price matched the mufflers $10 cheaper than the promo I was using. Those should be here tomorrow

Worse case scenario, cancel request was put in to late. And I just return them once they arrive at the store.

Guess the cancel wasnt soon enough because apparently my mufflers were shipped from parts store. So whom ever I talked to on the phone told me the wrong info. Got the email they shipped about 2 hours ago.

So now I have 4 mufflers coming . Two should arrive tomorrow from summit. Other two saturday.

One thing I will be doing is painting the exhaust black. Want to get some protection on there.

I will be buying probably 3 cans of the hi temp paint. What should I clean up the pipes with? Regular soap and water?
