      • We'll after a small burnout at work, the camaro developed another tick noise

Fix the previous one after finding out it was my idler pulley and serp pulley. This one seems to be a tad louder. At first I thought maybe an exhaust leak. Definitely coming from the passenger side. Driving home seemed to be fine. But the higher the car revved, the faster the tick became.

        Posting up a vid soon

          • You blewed it up. If you can't find an exhaust leak pull that valve cover

            • Now to track down an exhaust leak. Would it be like a flat tire search? Spray with soapy water looking for bubbles?

              • Fingers or a piece of like 3/8 hose held to your ear

                • One of the rockers is probably starting to come apart.

I'll try and pull a cover this week. In no rush to do it honestly haha. For the 98s, do I absolutely have to remove each coil? Or can I just disconnect the wires and leave coils on

                    • That don't sou do like a leak. Sounds like a valve train tick.

                      • Yea.. I've been getting bad news all weekend. When I pull the covers hopefully this week and see something nasty. The Camaro will just get parked probably for the year.

                            • Can these be removed from rolo's build thread. Thankyou sean. But he is right to a exstent. I'm a fair man. And if he hasn't received them then something went wrong. How ever jumping on. Someone's build thread was not a right approuch.
