    [Project] 85' iroc z

    well i purchased the car for myself as a christmas gift back on dec 23rd, so far ive put in a new battery and swapped out the electronic external fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator for a mechanical pump and the car runs tons better.

    from what ive been told and what ive looked at on the car it has a holley 650 cfm carm , edelbrock performer intake, msd 6al and wires with iridium plugs, hedman headers and y pipe, comp cam and roller tip rockers.

    I was going to go buy that car! The first trailer I got had two bad tires, the second wasn't quite wide enough, and before I went to go get the third...well...you're a jerk I have enough projects, hope you get it fixed up!

      Good luck with the project. get rid of that air cleaner ASAP. That thing is hardly fit for a lawnmower.

              Looks like a Good car. I saw the sales add, and it looks like you got a good deal.
              But lol, thats is the smallest air cleaner I have ever seen!

                Looks like a sweet start for a project!…Plan on keeping it carb or going fuel injected?

                  found out a couple more things about the power plant, the motor is a later model truck 350 , tbi swirlport heads, comp cams roller tip rockers , and the carb is a 750cfm not a 650

                      alright some new updates since ive forgot to put them in the thread

                      have a new oil pan so no more leaks, along with a new mini starter.

                      and then last weekend put in a new transmission so now its actually drivable .
