  • [Project] Eventially it'll be done...

Been working on alot of things on my '94 Formula, still have a ways to go. Here's some of the things I've done/ gotten for this never ending project, so far. Right now she's mostly flat black, but that'll change once everything else is done.

I started working on the LS1 air-lid mod this winter, took me a bunch of measuring and trial-&-error to figure it out. I cut the sides of the LS1 air-box base, then trimmed about 1/2" off the filter housing. It just sits on the stock upper radiator support (plan on sticking a polished support there in the future.) The only thing that keeps it in place is the Corvette rear power coupler, that attaches between the MAF & throttle body. Have to do some touch-up on the sides of the base, to smooth them out, for a cleaner look. As it sits, I have a fully functioning ram-air hood now.
The wheels that were on the car (when I bought it years ago) were chrome camaro rims. The chrome was peeling & made them look nasty, so I painted them black (didn't want to waste time & money re-chroming them.) Liked the look sort of, just seemed like too much black. That's why I got a staggered set of black AR TORQ THRUST M wheels (17x9 front, 17x10.5 rear.) About to put a pair of 315 MT ET's on the rears.

I love the all black look & the rims look awesome! Also love the "Evul 383". Can't wait to see more. Do they make those rims for 3rd gens?

Thanks. I'm pretty sure they do, fronts are 17x9 w/44 offset & backs are 17x10.5 w/45 offset. Not sure if the offset will work for your 3rd gen, since the 3rd gen's rear-end is narrower.

Thank you I looked them up, I will add some too my parts list, but I have alot more to worry about than wheels right now, found some nice size holes in my floor pans today when I pulled the carpet back. The undercarriage looks pretty rusted. Post more pics soon.
