Another z/28 project thread

Got the subframe connectors installed today, couldn't get the driveshaft loop put in because the exhaust is in the way. Going to be heading out to my brothers place this weekend to finish the harness bar, probably mod the exhaust, and get my rear end girdle cover put on.

Success! We basically had to redo the entire exhaust because it was a friggin mess. We got the driveshaft loop/tunnel brace mounted and we fabbed up the harness bar. All in all a pretty good weekend.

I am painting the bar right now and probably will have pictures of it in the car tomorrow.

Also, exhaust and subframe connectors and DS loop.

Oh and that nasty rearend cover is getting replaced this week.

I had to put up another thread, and then they noticed it. lol. Not too many peeps on the project thread.

Well yesterday I got the harness bar in, bled the brake system and swapped out the front rotors and pads to the slotted rotors/race pads config to break them in. Got that done and today I have to change the plugs, install new sway bar end links, and take the slotted rotors/race pads off and slap the street stuff back on so I can head down to Gingerman today. I will probably end up getting pics up next week.

If anybody is interested there is an open track day saturday and sunday at Gingerman this weekend. My brother and I will both be there racing!
