Well a while back I got a limited slip diff for my car. Had it sitting in my garage for a couple weeks working on just that differential. We made sure the brake lines werent seized up and everything. Well about a week ago my Dad an I put it in. I dont have pictures of it but i go of the cars progress. Well heres some pictures. I also cleaned up the rims. I think they turned out amazing. Warning the car looks waaay cleaner in pictures than what it really is

    old diff

    new sway bar pins

    almost done!!!

    Wheels before polishing

    Wheels after

    Finally sitting on the ground

When the rear end's loose, the car's fast. Loose is fast, and on the edge you're out of control.

Looking good, big difference on the wheels nice work! Now jack the car up and take them off again get under there and do some undercoating of some kind! Preserve that underside of the car and it'll make you much much happier! Car looks great tho man!

              170cc intake port, 1.94"/1.5" valves
does anyone know what that means for heads? And are they good?
              Can you "decode" them

64cc chamber so compression should be decent, intake runner has a volume of 170cc, which isn't too big and will still make torque. Intake valve is 1.94" which is ok but not huge, exhaust valve is 1.5"
But why not just swap in a 350 with a cam?

Thank you, I would but all the motors i found dont come complete and they still want a lot or there all complete but again way to much. I wana build a motor too.
Would those heads me good for like street and racing?

I don't see why not but if you're going to go with a different motor I would just save the money for other things, like a different motor. Or if it's really burning a hole in your wallet then go after suspension. If I could do it all over I probably would've just saved then built an iron-block 6.2L and bought a procharger.

Yea i am getting a different motor. Im getting a 350 without heads and Im gonna go a whole rebuild to it and maybe make a 383 or 388 with it. The heads arent going on the 305. Im not gonna put any more money into it than i have to. Ive planned to put a 400 or 406 in it but gas prices i wouldnt be able to afford until after school. So right now Im just building up a 350,355,383,388 with nice h/c/i

thank you. got it from a guy that stored it for a couple years and only drove it on the weekends. He had it in a 2 car garage alone with literally nothing else in it but a bike(peddle bike) and a snow blower. He wanted 3500 for it and talked him down to 2800 so pretty good deal. The guy was a pretty nice guy and i wanna find his number and get his e-mail to send pictures of how it looks and that its not getting beat on and its still on the roads. I think it would be pretty tight if someone sent me some pictures of a car i sold to them and get updates even though its not my car anymore.
