Start rant....

I sensed Eric at MWC was a little "chapped" I went to another source to pick up a diff. Talked to him Friday about it. He said he'd "hook me up" on another diff....knowing I was going to need one. No response in how he was going to do so, so I sent him an email YESTERDAY, left a voice mail first thing this morning (mainly because neither he or anyone else in the shop answers the *****ing phone), sent a PM, even posted a thread on Tech. He was even on line 10 or 15 min after I posted, posting in a thread just under mine!!! Had meetings and was unavailable by phone or email most of this afternoon and waited until about noon before I ordered it (Brute Speed). It was also a timing issue as I'm trying to avoid additional "lift time" costs at the shop...had to pull the trigger. Of course he attempts to get in touch with me about an hour later, by phone....no voice mail....responds to my PM and claims he could done better on a price. Thanks *******...slow down next time. Nice parts, shitty service.

Moser did have a sale on the Wave, but didnt include tax or shipping. Brutes price was 10 more and included both. Small win I guess....

I hear ya Brent, that sorta situation bugs the shit out of me too. I've all but given up on doing business with friends too because of the same thing that arises if god forbid you have to go somewhere else because they couldn't meet your needs. I'm sorry, but just because I'm your friend doesn't mean that I'll settle for lesser quality or service than I could get somewhere else.

Well good to hear your getting it taken care of not threw mwc, I waited half a year to get my front end stuff.. Eric does not do his work by order, he waits till he gets a pile of orders in that are the same thing, then he does it all at once. So he would of waited till 15 or so guys place orders for a 3rd member then build them all at once.. and even if you have to order something from him it's like talking to Helen Keller. he builds some very nice stuff, just a pita do deal with. My trak lok is for 31 spline and has been holding up just fine, interested to see how this one holds up for you. Well get it back together

Just need to reinstall the torque arm, dshaft, tighten shit down and go. Just hope we eliminated the issue
