          Quoted for truth.

Looks great Brent. Surprised you didn't put the VS valve covers on first though.

Extremely!!! As it sits there's about 1/4" to the cowl. Not an issue as the engine will be tied down - more on that later....still using stock engine mounts

Valvecovers should be here in a couple weeks. Lots to do before then as I see it in place for the first time. Still need to find out where to locate coils!

            • My friend walked in when I was looking at the engine and a minimized the window and had my hand down my pants. He thought I was looking at porn, I told him I was and popped up the window. He didn't get it.

                    • Looks good in there!!! I'm assuming it must be tuned in Speed Density??? Where do you put the IAT sensor...in one of the intake runners?

Yep, SD....still playing with the IAT location. Really dont want to drill hole in one of the runners, though would be best. Might locate the sensor somewhere near one of the runners metering air in its proximity.

                        • A lot of speed density NA guys mount their IAT outside the engine bay to avoid heat soak issues but IMO you are better off mounting it as close to the intake track as possible. Let the sensor do it's job and meter the incoming air temp

I dont blame you for not wanting to drill into that intake

Sorry if my post's have been too much on topic...lol
