I got a hoist if u need itOriginally posted by OVRKILL View PostThe smoke has cleared...the dust has settled. Its over. Done. FINALLY!!!!
After waiting 3 more months to complete the BS that goes along with a prototype cam, mag article info, a dyno log jam, blah, blah, blah...it made 7hp LESS at a few hundred rpm more
. On the upside, it will be easier on the valve train given the cam is a true hydraulic profile and not a solid. So we sit at a final number of 796 @ 6700. Torque is near the 700 mark but am waiting for the dyno sheet.
Should be shipping out tomorrow unless something else comes up. Next update will be pics in my garage on FRIDAY!!!!!!
Now who has an engine hoist and engine stand they can loan me for a few weeks?

Can you argue that it's "revolutionary"? Perhaps. Just because it's "new" and "different" doesn't mean it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

As soon as I get it, there will be a "will it fit trial?" Then maybe to the body shop or maybe get right to it! Still need a clutch tho.....Originally posted by nascarnate326 View PostGlad to see some progress!!!!
Is it going to be installed right away or 'when I get to it' ?
Curious to hear this thing with full exhaust.
Nice to have friends all over the state willing to offer up assistance! Thanks Spenc...I'll keep ya updated.Originally posted by sman View PostIve got a stand if you need it, but im 2hrs away. If no one closer has one hit me up and your more than welcome to it.
BigJon!!!! Thanks man, I may have to take you up on it! I'll shoot ya a PM either way!
On another note, as long as it comes home as planned......sounds like a good excuse to have a few bodies over for pizza and "beverages". Thoughts?Last edited by OVRKILL; February 27th, 2012, 07:21 PM.sigpic
