  • [Project] 1996 firebird

    i got this car on a trade. it needs some work but i am going to start a log and so you guys can help me along the way. the car has the 3800 v6 with a 5spd.






    and now the body work that needs to be done

    got my exhaust done. doesnt sound to bad for a v6. its a little loud so i might have to put a flowmaster on it. what is the best one for the 3880

      looks just like mine, door dent too although mine isnt AS bad.......

      Good luck!

      stay away from the flowmasters IMO too much drone

          the exhaust is a cat back with a y pipe. and the dent i have no clue about how it happened

            People say the stock LS1 cat back sounds better on the V6 cars, not too raspy I guess.

              LS1, LT1 catback for sure. Doesnt sound as raspy as the aftermarket ones.. If interested I have a LS1 catback for sale , check my topic in the for sale section for pictures.

                i need to get some stuff fixed before i can buy an exhaust. if you still have it i will pick it up when i get some extra cash

                    too raspy imho, also put some lube on those door hinges,lol
