  • Got 'er all buttoned up and started it, started the first try and found a nice beautiful choppy idle, in the open garage, with the cutout open, at 1am, lol. Im sure the neighbors love me, haha.

After a heat cycle and getting it all full of coolant I actually drove it home, drove well, like crap, lol. Had to hold my foot on the gas and brake at all the lights and was a terrible gas hog. But phil being the awesome man he is, with just a days notice slid me right in for a tune, and boy does she run good now!

No track times yet, or dyno numbers, going to wait for the MiFbody dyno day for that. We are doing that again right?

Videos are uploading, but it says about 2hrs remaining, sorry folks, its the price you pay for HD.

Will post the SECOND there up!

Also, all this was public on facebook days ago

          • That's great news...I was beginning to wonder if you gave up on it.

I won't be surprised if you run faster with this cam than I did.

Hurry up and get that thing to the track

            • Videos are uploaded, youtube is verifying them now! I dont think its like a 12.1 car or anything, doesnt seem that quick, definitely picked up some up top though.

              • First video, cold start. It will play, but I would wait till HD is available, probably 30 to 60 minutes.

Second video, warm idle, a few revs, walkaround, etc.

                              • Yup, seems to be, still a little finicky and surges a bit at lights, but for the most part good, not gonna get much better I dont think, at the limits of the IAC.

Thanks for not blowing my cover larry
