Well I officially started the engine removal and rebuild of Plum 95.
There were 2 problems 1. a slow antifreeze leak - seems to be drivers side head gasket.
2. this happen last week looks like lifter collapsed and pushrod came off roller

So I jacked up rear so when I raise front high enough to clear engine my exhause tips won't touch

Then I raise the front so there is plenty of room under car. (older chubby people need more room under a car)

then I disconnected the rad. hoses and drained the coolant.

Then I disconnected the heater hoses and the A/C lines

then disconnected the throttle and cruise cables

I wll add more steps as I get more done I thought this could be a good time to document dropping engine out the bottom.

Brian.
We'll go through and clean up the thread if he continues documenting as well as he has been so far.
