Can't wait to see more pic's, I am liking the pontiac blue on the engine, nice idea to pay tribute to brand.

Yeah, I used an old head, but you could use the heads you have on your engine as well. As long as you make sure they're clean afterwards, this mod will do nothing to damage your heads. I wrote up a tutorial for doing it in the how-to section. Check it out!
For today, I added a couple more blue accents to my engine, the thermostat housing and the fuel rails. I also added a bit of blue to the FAST logo on my intake. Should look pretty good when I'm done. I'll post up pics tomorrow when the paint is dry.

I really like the idea of the Pontiac blue, but I'm just not sure how its going to look in your NBM Formula. Looks like its coming along great though!2005 Yamaha R6

Back in the day, if you had a red, gold, green, blue, black, or whatever color Firebird, you got a blue engine. Not to mention, the car is blue, and blue goes with blue. If it was SOM or pewter or some other color, I wouldn't have done this, but I think the light blue will be a nice contrast in the engine bay.

Closer to being done... the engine is now fully assembled and the trans is hooked back up.
Awesome PCV catch can setup my friend Al and I came up with:

Lookin' good, almost completed (don't mind the nasty headers, they'll be getting recoated soon):
