sounded like you have a little missfire gremlin to take care of, but other than that it sure seemed like a pretty nasty small block to me!!

wanna let me drive it this year?

Thanks! Yea the carb is a pos. Well what happened was when I first got the car going I bought what I think was a MR.gasket fuel filter, it ended up disintegrating and going into my carb causing alot of aggravation, and the car still doesnt run very well, it ran great down to woodward, but once i got down there it was bad, thats why I pulled over at a.e and i was revving the crap out of it. VERY annoying.Originally posted by JoeliusZ28 View Postsounded like you have a little missfire gremlin to take care of, but other than that it sure seemed like a pretty nasty small block to me!!
Thanks.Yeah Im going to change it, it was preset at 160, and is adjustable, I just havent messed with it.Originally posted by bri2203 View PostLooks nice! If I were you I wouldn't have ther fan come on soo early. I would have them come on around 190
Thanks! Yes last year with the other radiator the trans lines rubbed on it and worn it down pretty good. Thanks for the heads up though.Originally posted by WMCCjames View PostLooks good! Make sure your braided stainless line isn't rubbing the corner of the radiator...looks like it might be in the first picture. That line will rub through the aluminum in no time flat.

well im in the body work process, and their is a lot to be done. All that primer i was driving around with was junk, it let moisture in and it started rusting on the metal surface, so that all had to come off. So far the back half is done, I skim coated the whole roof, and blocked it for days, but its perfectly flat now. rear quarters were not to bad. But then I sparayed it in Expoxy primer, then 2k urethane primer surfacer. and blocked that. Still need more surfacer.

This door kicked my butt, it was a mess after 25+ years for door dings, and someone backing into the mirror, almost ripping it off, the door was really twisted.

my best friend

I didnt need the white car on top of these and a DD. This project is just to be painted and it will be mostly done. Motor is already built in the car. Go a few pages back in this thread. The ls1 is for my 95 z28.
