  • Looks awesome. Isn't new paint just like the best feeling in the world??? Anyways pics look great and i'm glad it turned out for you. Your in the same situation i am all i need to do is buff it out, i got some nice 800, 1000 gritt sand paper 2 new buffing pads and some compound. So hopefully should be able to finish it up tonight. The car looks great!!!!

          • If you were to prep the car yourself and take it to him I think you could end up with a killer paint job for the best price around!

              I think that is what I am going to do! Then Larry and I can park next to eachother and tape off 5ft around our cars and they will look great from you all on the outside I'll say it again Larry the car looked great small imperfections but I know it will look better once it gets wheeled out and a nice shine to it! When are you taking it back?

              • Got my car back at 7:00 tonight. It really looks good 90% of the little things are wet sanded and rubbed out. Just wow, the bird looks fantastic.
                I know this thread is useless without pics
                they will come tomorrow.

                    • Well we were working on my fuel pump trap door today and a stray spark flew about 50 feet across the driveway and landed on my dad's paint. Apparently the clear coat is really flammable and the car was set ablaze in seconds.
