I even went to school with the kid. They steal Honda's left and right and I knew once I tossed wheels on it, they would come. And sure enough they did. They must've shit their pants when they got halfway down the street and seen my handgun permit sitting on my passenger seat and realized it's slow as balls. But yes, I will take them down and something will happen to them.

Fred you can race it tonight around 2am. I'll just need to swap motors real quick.

I have always wanted one of those. But I don't know much about imports and really wouldn't know where to start

It is so easy to swap a honda engine to a different one. They are sooooo easy to work on too. I love mine.

It's actually quite easy to learn. Honda's are good DD's. You can make them decently fast without much effort.

                Well I sold the H22 for a stock D16.

Just got the D16 back from the machine shop. Cast pistons and custom forged rods. Still need to take care of the head. Pics to follow.

                    I know. I won't keep up with any V8's.

                      Welp.. Time for an update.

                      Shortblock is assembled.

                      Z6 Valve Springs and Retainers

Block was machined, and assembled by Champion Racing Engines. Everything was gone through to make sure every clearance was perfect. Even the ARP Rod bolts were lathed to bring the clearance down.

The head was hand ported, just cleaned up the casting marks, and polished the bowls. I got my order in from Honda the other day with the valve seals and everything, I also got my cam sprocket, timing belt, etc... Time to take it to get assembled.

Hopefully this spring if I don't steer away from it again. After the head is assembled, I just need a clutch, and misc. odd's and ends, including a turbo.

It'll be at No ET. It'll be pointless from a dig without and traction bar and slicks though. It already has antilag programmed on the standalone.

thought you had a turbo already?
