looks great so far it sure should be one hell of a ride, but I wouldn't try to make big power out of it without a forged motor. Anything over 500rwhp is on borrowed time so why go any further, unless you don't mind the $$ and downtime.

LQ4's have lower compression, plus there are tons of turbo ls1 cars on LS1tech that have gone as far as 650+ on the stock bottom end. Im trying to do this on a budget.

True, lol. But like what USMUSCLE said, if I could do it over again I would have spent the money on a set of pistons instead of a cam.Oh well.

I have the turbo hot side done. Now I just need to clean up the welds and wrap it up. Here are a few pics.
