  • O.k. work for today is done

    Block got painted
    Harness for cut-outs was ran
Wire loom was almost finished till I found out someone kaboshed Red's conectors on the trans, what a mess
And I got the water pump done.

Sent the Intake home with the cleaning lady
Have to get pics of what she got for me
    I'll get into that tonight

Start block assembly tomorrow and fixing the plugs on the trans

Hey Red, you're falling behind in the pic department

    • Last of the pics from yesterday. I'll have to put up today's pics later. I did clean the intake today and quickly figured out why Kyle didn't want to do it.

                        • This pic is hard to tell what I did but the CSR pump has 4 bumps on it that I had to grind clearance in the pump housing so it would fit.
That is in the instructions so it wasn't a moment

                          • It's pretty cool you can convert the stock pump to electic instead of completely replacing it. Haven't done it so I don't know if that saves any money but its cool nonetheless.

                            • The price wasn't bad at all.
170ish and it's easy to do.

One thing about the instructions is that they say to knock all the bushings out from the front.
You have to knock the shaft from the front and the other bearing out from the back.
The freeze plug was a cinch.
I'm just glad I never returned the burs back to work
That made it easier to fit the pump in the housing
