          • so I went to Canadian Tire and bought a trim package for the vent holes in my hood. I got some pics with it and without it. Wadya Think?

            • wow thats a tough one... i think i like the "grommets" tho. give it a finished look i think. but looks good either way. the hood is definitely growing on me, wasnt sure at first. haha

                • Why the two Camaro logos? I would've just done one - but it looks good nonetheless!

                  I like the trim around the vents on the Daytona IROC hood - which I like a lot, as well.

                  Your car is really coming together, and looks AWESOME!

                  • those logos are just sitting on top, I didnt fasten them down yet, I am not 100% sure as to what I am gonna put there yet.

                    • I love the hood with the trim pieces around it I think it makes it look finished and gives it what it needs! The hatch setup looks great, is that one solid piece covering the whole area? So like where your amp is mounted its like a false floor right? I thought about doing something like this with my setup (the false floor part), either that or putting the amp and the cap in the spare tire area...

                        Yeah it is. here is the first time I made it, then I just added a top over top of the sealed box,

                        before and after shots.

                          • The bottom of the false floor is touching the carpet of the real floor panel.
                            if you look at the first pic, you will see the the top of the sub box is flush with the floor, and I used a 1/2" board for the full surface. It looks so much cleaner!
