I met with the owner of Elite Custom Upholstery on Monday. His work is AMAZING, to say the least. It's a one-stop shop for all interior/exterior work. He does fiberglass molds, panels, anything you can think of, puts monitors in, body work, floor panels, paint, upholstery - custom designs, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. A lot of his cars have ended up in numerous magazines.
Work to be done:
He quoted me $3,125. My budget is $4,000. He said my car will be perfect before it leaves his shop. I'm taking it in the middle of May.
You guys, I am sooooo excited! I got a second job so all the money I make from that is going towards my interior. By July I should have almost all the money saved up!
My goal is to win "Best in Show" at TA Nationals.
Work to be done:
- half pink/half blue carpet (colors revese of the exterior) - he will be matching the carpet to the paint codes
- Custom designed seats (front and back)
- floor mats with firebird embroidery
- headliner
- speaker covers
- door panels
- floor pans repaired - he actually has them for $225/side
- steering wheel painted/leather recovered
- complete detailing (inside and out)
