last February my v6 camaro engine died. sad as it is, i have been planning this swap for years and its jst now happening. i got a 04 corvette engine for basically free (i still dont really know how that happen). so this is what was needed plus some aftermarket stuff to bring me in the 11's.
- ported and polished throttle body
- ls6 intake manifold
- granatelli mass air flow sensor
- TCI 3,500 stall torque converter
- Texas Speed Torquer 3 cam specs:231/234 .643"/.598" 111 LSA
website: http://www.texas-speed.com/shop/item...d=669&catid=44
- Double Springs good for cam
- hardened pushrods good for cam
- all engine gaskets
- engine has been honed and checked over
- hedmann headers and y-pipe
- camaro oil pan (engine was originally from a corvette)
- spark plug wires
- fuel injectors
- speedo from a z28
- pcm
- radiator and all hoses
- 4l60e (rebuilt for race applications with shift kit, 0 miles)
- k-member
- wiring harness
- fuel pump
- driveshaft
- accessorie brackets
- accessories
- duel fans
- coils
- coil bracket
- all engine sensors
- slp intake lid
- k and n air filter
- speed inc. complete fuel rail kit
- trans cooler
- gauge pod
- trans temp gauge
- fuel pressure gauge
- air fuel ratio gauge
yes i was expensive, i would not suggest anyone to do this unless you can get the engine cheap and the car has high emotional value to you like it did for me. i will keep you update a post a detailed write up to maybe stop the questions that litter other forums of people asking how to do this. by the way if anyone wants to help (lol) drop the v6 e-mail me at 00camaro16@att.net.
