Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. So I need more power. I'm starting a pile of parts and when that's complete, I'm going to do some major work. My plan as of now is: ported intake (purchased), heads, cam, TB, 1.6RRs and valve covers. I'd like this thread to be a place to post what I'm doing, and get suggestions on what parts I should add.
Here's the first part for the pile:
Right now I'm thinking LE1 heads and one of his cams. Anyone else have these heads?
Dont have an LE set but i have heard great stuff about his work. I will hopefully be getting a set of heads and cam from him next spring. Canton makes some really cool valve covers for Lt1 heads if you want something a little out of the ordinary.

I should mention that I'm starting with a pretty much stock LT1/A4. I'm not looking for a strip machine, just one that sounds good and goes fast. I was thinking about buying a set of used heads and doing the porting myself.
If you havent ported before you may wanna leave that to a professional...for the price the LE packages are a pretty good deal. Make sure to a get a nice Stall to match the cam you get.
