    • did you use PB blaster on the manifold studs??

      and yea at least the engine is out... youd be really happy if that happened in the car.

        • thats why you broke a bolt

          I sprayed mine 3 or 4 times with PB blaster in the 48 hours before I started and mine came out like butter. I didnt feel like i was anywhere close to breaking a bolt.

            • Yes, they do. Don't feel bad, we broke the exhaust stud off in my friend's crossover pipe on his 3800 exhaust... Shoulda PB'd it.

                            • Ya PB Blaster is the shit! I used that when I put the headers on my old 87 Firebird. I sprayed the hell out of them the night before, then again a little before we started and didn't break a single one.
