    • I helped derek install his headers, there wasnt a single flaw i could point out in them. I want to trade up my pacesetters for them eventually.

the only thing kooks may have done better is engineer the bends to provide the most horsepower. Theres not a single aspect of LPPs construction that isnt top quality. they are a much beefier header than my pacesetters. I hung most of my body weight from one of derek's collectors while i was working under the car and I immediately noticed that it didnt even budge!!

Isn't that whats its all about tho? Everything other than that is something that should be standard like fitment, flange thickness ect...

i doubt youre gonna get much horsepower out of strategic bending, personally. Maybe 5 tops? not worth paying double the price IMO.

                        • Meissen's LT1 conversion

So the k-member assembly included the LT1 type springs, and control arms. Control arms different? You going to take this opportunity to replace the bushings and other semi-squishy bits?

Gawd, it's criminal what a Michigan winter can do to a car...

                          • Don't forget to throw some poly motor mounts in it while you have the motor out of the car!

                              • The guy that wanted the engine and trans didn't call or show last night but then he called me today and said he'll come check it out tomorrow. Wish me luck guys! If he only wants the engine, I actually have someone else lined up that wants the transmission for their astrovan.
