Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Yea, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love your car. But that last bit just makes it look a little, idk, awkward? Btw, it looks like you have learned to drive, that 1.9 60ft is extremely impressive being that your car is freakin slammed, lol.
So the real question, having more fun with this car than the TT T/A?

Those times are very impressive IMO nice driving Jonny, I know that car has mid 12s in it with some more practice and possibly a new clutch. Also I've got money on you if you and Steve race, sorry Steve but you guys have to realize that 12s are very solid specially for his minimal mods and lack of track experience with this car.
I'm not "chasing a raked stance" I was getting rid of the negative rake it had. The car is sitting perfectly level now. I dropped the rear a titch more so it sits perfectly level now
And no Mike, sorry but your prediction was off. The 1.98 60' was spinning. I only bogged the very first launch of the day, the rest spun but grabbed vs blowing off like the street tires. More seat time and a 1.7 or solid 1.8's should be no problem. Last run I had the pressure at 22, went in the water and did a second gear burnout.
without a doubt! Hard to say this on the f-body forum but IMO, this car is just overall better in every area.... minus the power my TA made, lol. I just love being able to hop in this car and drive it every day, anywhere I want. The TA was sweet but fit more of the weekend warrior category where as this car I can enjoy everyday. Hell, since I've owned in back in October I've already put 4,000 miles on it and it hibernated all winter obviously. Through both of my turbo set-ups combined on my Trans Am I would be lucky if I hit 3,000 mile combined over a few years!!!!
In all fairness to that, Jonny, you could have done the same with any TA had you not modded it to the point that it was a weekend warrior.
Oh for sure, exactly what I did before I got in the modding frenzy! Overall though, I like this car much better and am enjoying it more than I ever did the TA
Thanks Joel, means a lot coming from you considering I have always thought your gear rowing was one of the best I've seen!
haha thanks, i gotta get back into practice before we hit lapeer! sweet pics too.
kyle i have to agree with him you gotta ride in this thing. even with the stock motor its fun as hell. It makes me want to go spend ludicrous amounts of cash I dont have on suspension components - it rides and handles so nice.
