haha yea, car is a driver. If I plan to show it I might spend a few hours scrubbing them down but as it sits now with the low suspension, you can't see the wheel wells anyway

Well My coilovers came yesterday and I immediately got them on. Ran into a few issues putting the fronts on but I got that squared away and here is how the car sits right now! The car has a tiny bit of rake to it, I may bring down the rear a touch to make it level. I had the car lowered as far as I could with C6 bolt sup front and matched longer rears. When adding new shocks, my front stance rose a little bit which bugged me. It then forced me to raise the rear up a bit but it still wasn't right. One thing that seems to bug me with these cars is what seems to be a reverse rake. It seems on a lot of set-ups the rear sits too low. I believe this is because of a few reasons... staggered wheels, and also the ease to lower the back vs the front. Well the coilovers allowed me to adjust exactly how I wanted so I really got that front end down and the rear where it was before. For the record, as of right now you can fit just 1 finger between the tire and fender on all 4 corners. The front, fender sits 25 1/4" and the rear at 26 5/8". The front top of rim is 3 1/4" from fender and rear is 3 1/2" giving it that slightly raked look. Anyways here are some pics!!!!!!! Any questions feel free to ask..... To answer some off the bat, yes I have rollers up front, yes I have frame savers down the rocker panels, yes I changed my driving habits so no, I rarely scrape.... only hit the rollers once n a while when going in or out of entrances with curbs

Take a look in the second there and you can see them. They are just below the bumper, kind of blend in with the air dam in the picture though. They are bolted through the frame rail so it saves the car everytime the frame rails would hit and doesn't allow anything else to hit. Even on these cars at stock height the front frame rails get all banged up!Originally posted by SoulTerror View PostHoly shit that's low!!! Looks great. It annoys me more then anything.

That 1/2" was a deal breaker for you guys I see, lol Rear is same as before, front is just about 1/2" lower getting rid of the almost negative rake the car had.
Jeff, leaving for the track in an hour looking for the 12's! I have the drag pack on, will get pics up later and times/parts I broke

thanks, I love the suspension. Now that the drag pack is off and good tires back on the car I can't wait to push it in some twistys. These coilovers rock!sigpic
