he does do awesome work, I'm sure he'd be glad to hook you up as well! He really takes his time and doesn't cut any corners. Car was in a booth, taped off, entire car wrapped up, fan on sucking air out, floor watered down to keep dust down, it was pretty cool watching all the steps!

Im still not liking the roof black enough to do it. I like it, but then again I don't know if I like it more than how it is now....... I think with that black and all the windows and targa dark, it might be overboard..... still a possibility though. Just has to really hit me that I need it done for me to jump on it. I have other mods on my mind now before the pillar

I'm gonna agree with you johnny on the black sail panel. I think it will be overkill with all of that black.2013 Cadillac ATS

lol i do believe he was asked this before during a twin turbo t/a build and we got the answear he saves his money and spends it on what he wants he doesnt buy little things that dont matter at the end of the day. so what i accuired is he sits at home when hes not working and stares at a wall to save money for his car
wishing i could drive like joe and the atm squad

He makes decent money and lives at Home, if I did that I would have a stroked TT car by now no problem and a TB SS for a daily.Doing less with more

Does he do regular car painting too? How are his prices? So far the only quote we have gotten to repaint my dad's hood, bumper, and hatch has been $350 but the guy I've heard does an "OK" job - not the best and maybe a few runs at the very bottom of the car.Originally posted by Superman09 View Posthe does do awesome work, I'm sure he'd be glad to hook you up as well! Yes, he paints entire cars. He is ASE certified and works at a dealership. He did the spoiler on my Trans Am and it came out awesome after it was wacked by a trailer ramp! I will call him up and see if I can get a rough estimate on the hood, bumper, and hatch. He may need to speak with you in person though for specifics, if so I will PM you his number!sigpic

Well all of this vette stuff is still money that I got when I parted out my Trans Am. To afford that, I simply saved pretty much all the money I earned over summers to mod it in the winter through high school and went to the community college for 2 years on a scholarship where I was still able to work. Having no real bills to pay other than minor stuff and having a car paid off makes it easy to find mod money. Just have to manage well..... however i wouldnt call blowing all your money on a car during college managing well, lmao!Originally posted by Iroc'nthe87 View PostLooks good bro! and BTW, how the hell do you afford all this?
No I don't stare at a wall when I'm not at school or work. hahaha. Don't have a g/f to blow money on which is one saver. Also we have a membership at the local country club so I'm usually up there most of the day golfing, practicing, etc.sigpic

With just the addition of the Vararam the car picked up a lot! In worse weather conditions than before, the car dropped 3 tenths and picked up 4-5 mph!
New best of 13.05 @ 115.03. I am simply amazed and how much this car traps considering it has ONLY a Corsa catback and Vararam...... Going back soon on some stickies to get those 12's!sigpic
