yep, thats why i have decided not to do the halo mod. Where as the majority here say its a definite do, I don't like enough over stock to do it so I'm not. I just like hearing other peoples opinions but it still is my choice in the end

I sold the car as a roller to a guy in Indiana. He tossed in a cam only LS1 and stalled 4l60-e and sold it to a guy in Kansas, so that's where the car is. The drivetrain (forged ls6, APS twin turbo kit, k-member, meth kit, boost controller) all sold to a guy in Alabama. He had it installed about a month ago in his firehawk. Car is a 6 speed and made 650 rwhp on 9 psi but his transmission blew soon after. I havent heard back from him since, but I'm glad it worked out good for him!

im surprised youre having issues getting out of the hole - id think with it being slammed it would hook pretty well?

Well actually being lowered hinders my traction if anything. It allows for less squats to dig the rear tires in. However, I don't think it REALLY is going to hurt me, it's not that bad. It was just a cold track, not much prep, and a 19" street tire.

What does that equal in $. Theres probably $10 in rubber on the ground now (expensive 19" tires). lol
