Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

I like having a loud car, every time the neighbors dog barks, I just go let my car sit and idle in the driveway

Drove car to Canada on Friday to Grand Bend Motorplex. Get there and very first pass smoked the clutch! Launch was okay at 1.93 but once I hit second gear the RPMs went right up to about 6k and stood there so I let out. Apparently a nice amount of smoke came out once I hit second as well! Anyways, car drove fine on road but would not hold a launch. Made it back to America just fine.
Yesterday I got the car torn apart and new clutch installed! Big thanks to buddy Jack (not a member here) who drove over 2 hours here, helped me for 11 hours and then drove home for work... what a guy!
Enjoy pics!
Unbolting rear components....
X and mid pipes removed, tunnel plate out as well
Headers dropped (one out)
Shot to rear
McLeod RST Street Twin
And down she comes
OUT!
Out of way
New slave/remote bleeder installed
New clutch in!
She's all back together now, have 50 miles on it and it feels great! Back to the track on Friday!
Thanks! Yea, no messing around here! I LOVE to enjoy my cars and in this state we are confined to only certain times of the year so while it's nice out I want to be able to drive and drive it how it's meant to be driven
is that lift yours Jonny? Nice progress on the vette
