Im putting racing seats in mine as well but like you it's last on my list. My top priority is the motor right now

nope its there it justs animated from clear to blurry, blurrier?, etc. Each frame in the blurred pics are 2secs each and it goes black forever..spy pic lol...its a hit or miss

yea so finally washed the car..and noticed some crappy things



i know I didnt do it .. its pretty long about 6-7 inches..the one above is about 4..not as deep..the one below the middle is a good 2? i was thinking it was hit side swiped or idk...but wouldnt it cause some sort of dent? its just a really long deep scratch



will be needing to take care of this very soon...right on the driver side rocker panel .. dont want it to get worse


This winter has been my worse experience with this car..been noticing so many scratches

This will be a forever long project to do...but i will still get it done even if it takes 6+ years.

LoL dude thats not as bad as mine if i took pictures of all the rust thats building up it would take alot of pictures. And if i took pictures if the floor boards i think it would take about 6+ years for me to restore the car

Ouch - rust sucks bad. Had to give up the last project because it would have taken 20 years to repair. Get it while it's small and do it right. Then garage it in the winter. My 82 has never seen winter and still has a couple small bubbles starting on the drivers rear quarter. As foor floorboards that aren't too bad, try a good coating of POR15. You can apply it with a brush or sprayer. It's a mega-durable finish that can be applied directly over rust. I have used it on several projects and been super impressed with the results.

Then carefully protect it. Rustproofing, POR15, powdercoating, etc... Make sure your splashshields are in good shape, your weatherstripping is in good shape, and keep it clean! That's about the best you can do. We're in Michigan... it's made of metal... it's going to rust.

I feel u on this rolo. I gotta replace my tail lights from a hit and run wich i ordered the other day. And ive got to buff out a lot of scratches. I think im just gonna wet sand most of my car then buff it when it starts to get in the 60's
