The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. I don't think i have read anyplace the final goal for the car.. Lol well if there is one. Maybe i just skipped over it.. Who knows... but whats the final goal for her?

The goal is to make it drivable to be able to enjoy the car during the show/cruise season. That's the current overall goal. This week my focus has shifted to doing only what is absolutely necessary to get it drivable in time for the M&G, anything beyond that is a bonus.
Here's the reason, for years I've read stories in magazines about people that had the car, parked it and ripped it completely apart and 20 years later after the kids are grown finally have the time and money to finish it. I know that if I don't try to do it now I will be in this boat. And since I can't afford another car payment, that's not an option.
So, instead of letting the car sit hoping I can amass $10k to do what I want to it someday, I have enough to spend a few hundred dollars and get it on the road so I can at least enjoy it while I continue to upgrade it during the winter spending the money slowly over the next few years hoping that in 10-15 years it will look like new again. Which at that point it may very well be ready for a new engine.
Seriously though, I will and thank you for the offer. The biggest thing I need right now is time and a truck to get what's left of my parts and tools from my parents place.
