Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Anybody running boost + nitrous? I have a ProCharger P1SC, should've bought a D1 from the get go. It costs $1300 to upgrade from a P1 to a D1 so I could use a lot of NO2 in the meantime.

Lots of people run a 50 shot very few run 75 shot, just make sure your not running lean and you will be ok.....
I'm running a bullseye PCU for engine tuning so running lean won't be a problem. Would you use a wet or dry setup? I know NOS has a wet plate setup made specifically for the TPIs.
but in any case, n2o+boost does work quite well if you build and tune it right.
are you runnin a stock bottom end? if so, i'd be a bit concerned. the block itself can take some power if built properly (crank, 4bolt, block fill, rods, pistions etc).

H-beam rods, forged pistons, stock crank with 2-bolt mains. I'm running 8psi right now but will throw on the 10psi pulley in a week or two.
As soon as the 305 eats it, I have a 400 block ready to be built. T/A 6.6!
id be a little concerned on a stock motor. Maybe think about some meth. You can spray some meth which will allow you to safely add a little more boost.
do you have an intercooler? what are your intake temps?
I have a 2-core air to air intercooler. I'm not sure what the intake temps are but I'm running stock 9.3:1 compression ratio and 8lbs of boost on 93 octane without the computer taking timing out due to knock. It 10lbs causes knocking I'll switch to 100 octane or put the 8lbs pulley back on.
