So, I have the zex nitrous kit ZEX-82026 and the summit racing window switch SUM-830452-1 . Has anyone ran this combo? I am trying to figure out what to do with the blue wire. The directions are on summits page. Also does anyone know if I will need a tach adapter to get signal for the grey wire.

According to the directions the blue wire is your activation wire.
Meaning:
The blue wire is open from ground. Once you hit the desired RPM it flips like a solenoid and gives it a ground. That activates what you have tied to it. Once the RPMs hit to high it opens the ground up thus shutting off whats tied to it. Hence window switch.
It sounds like you want to turn the switch to OFF. Which means the ground is open until desired RPM is reached. OPEN which is factory means its grounded until you hit the RPM then it opens the ground.
You want the nitrous to spray within the RPM window so you want it to get the ground during the window.
Do you have a negative and positive on your coil? Should be the center which is the plug wire to the center of the distributor and then on both sides a negative and positive terminal.Last edited by Fox Slaughter; August 2nd, 2014, 08:54 PM.Originally posted by Yoshi94Mines about an inch bigger than Kyles. Well there is your problem. Throw that dumb LS out.
Looks like Red connector on PCM pin 10 White wire is the tach output signal.
Trace that wire.
In my LT1 I found in the passenger kick panel my tach output and tapped into for my shift light.Originally posted by Yoshi94Mines about an inch bigger than Kyles. I need to get one of thosesigpicOriginally posted by ryanwarby01Put it this way, if you have a money tree a LT1 is a wood chipper!
