Its significance:

70-76% isentropic efficiencies (Read: very low outlet temperatures)

20psi+ capability (old ones went 14-15 max..)

I work for Eaton but in the Aerospace side so I don't get to see or really hear about the kool automotive stuff. I was trying to get a job at the Marshall supercharger plant but never heard anything after I applied. I wonder what they changed from the old style blowers. they're both twin screw Roots style.
