  • cam ?

    i have a 95 trans am with the lt1 mostly stock... my msd went bad so while im n there i was gona put a cam n.......
    wat shood i get.....it has 74xxx miles,auto

            I like the LT4 hot cam for a mild cam, especially if you're not going to do anything with the valvetrain.

                IMO...

                Mild - Little to no lope, torque monster, excellent drivability - Crane 227
                Medium - Fair amount of lope, good midrange, good drivability - Comp CC503
                Wild - Custom cam from Cam Motion, LSM, Advanced Induction, Lloyd Elliot, etc.

                You're gonna need to upgrade at least some of your valvetrain no matter what you do.

                  looks like i shood just wait till i can get a whole lt4 kit...thanks everyone.. i just was lookin 2 gain a lil power since i had everything off the front on the engine.
